We understand if you are a beginner. Golf is notoriously difficult to grasp the first time you pick up a club. To those who are new to golf, our goal at 3 day golf schools Florida is to guide you through the initial confusion and accelerate your learning and understanding of the game. There is no worse feeling than being unable to make good contact with the ball, and we will help you overcome that obstacle, even turning your swing into something that will turn a few heads.

There are frequently many questions about what equipment is required to begin playing golf.

Here is a short list of items we believe are essential:

Putter

This is the only club you'll need out of the 14 you can carry!

Wedges

Starting out with a gap or pitching wedge and a sand wedge should suffice for most scenarios; this is an easy club to add to your bag individually later on.

Irons

Believe it or not, you don't need to spend $700 on a set of irons when you're just starting out. Starting with a 7-iron and a 9-iron will give you the best chance of success in the beginning. Higher irons are more forgiving and allow for more direct contact. When you're consistently hitting with the 7 and 9 irons, it's time to invest in a full set of irons as you begin to broaden your skill set.
